Dinner, Stories, and A Concert in Asheville – Tuesday, October 13

October 1, 2015 By Sarah Robinson Leave a Comment

While visiting in March, the students played a concert for us and afterward a few of the students stayed to play a couple of songs with David that they played when visiting North Carolina two years ago.

Join us as we welcome four young Guatemalan musicians visiting the Asheville area to perform, connect with other students, and speak about their experience in a music program supported by PEG and LEAF International.

It will be an evening of Guatemalan food and music, and an uplifiting story of making a difference.

Donations (suggested $20 — no one turned away) will support the work of PEG Partners.

6:00 PM, Tuesday, Oct. 13.

All Souls Cathedral, Parish Hall, 9 Swan St, Asheville, NC 28803

The meal will feature simple and delicious Guatemalan-style food of beans, rice, cheese, corn tortillas, plantains, avocado, etc., and will be vegetarian and gluten free.

Please just bring your donation to the event, but please do RSVP at www.bitly.com/PEGEvent so that we will know how much food to prepare.

We look forward to sharing stories, music, and dinner with you!
